Air: The People of a Company
Air examines the effect of business on people and society. It considers labor, workplace conditions, leadership, communication, marketing, culture, public influence, communities, and human dignity.
A company may organize its workforce effectively and market its products successfully while exploiting employees, manipulating customers, spreading misinformation, weakening communities, or dividing society. Air asks what kind of human environment the business creates.
